Our full-time dojo in Bearsden offers a range of traditional Japanese karate training, and sport-competition training.
Aside from our weekly timetable, we also host special events, guest Senseis and a variety of other exciting activities throughout the year.

Our Core Karate training forms the basis of all training. Once students become graded, we encourage you to develop further with kata and kumite specific training, as well as core training.
Monday: 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Wednesday: 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Friday: 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Saturday: 10.30am - 11.30am (mixed age, from 6 - adult)

Thursday: 7.45pm - 8.45pm | Brown & Black Belt Kata
Saturday: 11.45am - 12.45pm | Sparring (mixed age, 6 - adult)

Brown & Black Belts can train in any age-specific sessions, as well as the following -

Elite Athlete Training - weekly on Friday from 7pm.
Grassroots Athlete Training - monthly on Saturday from 1pm.
