Are you ready for a sensational day of Kumite and Kata training from two of Scotland’s top athletes?!
International Kumite star, Ben Woods, and our own Kata genius, Adam Sutherland, have crafted up two brilliant courses aimed to take your Kumite and Kata to new heights. With courses for each age / grade group, you can expect fun drills, expert technique and plenty of skills you can take back to your every-day training.
The courses are being held in Allander Leisure Centre; a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of breakout spaces, on-site cafe and plenty of parking - ideal for you to refresh during sessions.
If that wasn’t enough, we’ve teamed up with some great businesses to create special goody bags, filled with must-have training bits. Everyone who attends both Kumite and Kata courses will get a complimentary goody bag!
